Nancemellin Charity Weekend Event - 31st July/1st August
What a brilliant weekend and a fantastic turnout! Two fun filled days with various events, lots of laughs and plenty of smiling faces. A great atmosphere around the camp on Saturday evening, with plenty of banter. The weather held off for Saturday, but turned much wetter on Sunday, making the punch hunt a completely different affair on the Sunday to the Saturday!!

Fraddon Challenge Event - 4th July
A great event to end the challenge series. Despite the dry weather of late, the site soon became very sticky in places and this made parts of the site very challenging! Several vehicles got stuck, a few spectacularly so, but once again it was good to see other members willing to help out with recoveries. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves.

Grampound Road Challenge Event - 2nd May 2010.
Well this event certainly lived up to it's title! This site can be tricky at the best of times, and constant rain the night before, after setting out the punches, meant that what should have been a challenging site became very difficult indeed. So a very WELL DONE to all those who took part for your achievements.

Nancemellin Drive Day - 4th April 2010.
Great day today, good weather and an excellent turnout for Easter Sunday. The Easter egg hunt proved good fun, as did the punches. Eggs were given to the youngsters during the drivers talk, so lots of chocolatey faces!

Sithney Challenge Event - 7th March 2010.
Well, the sun shone on another great day and another great turnout. This site is proving a great venue for challenge events. It was great to see everyone helping each other out of tricky (or sticky!!) situations and all having a good time.
A new addition this time was a 'timed punch'. Although this was primarily to provide a decider for Class 1 entries who completed all punches, anyone could have a go and the results are given on the 'Results' page

Mithian Drive Day - 7th February 2010.
Another good day (hopefully) had by all. Excellent turnout for Mithian, with more new members turning up to have some fun. Clive and Andrew set out a good course, challenging but achievable and everyone appeared to get around without too much difficulty or damage!
For those who wanted a bit more of a challenge, ten punches were laid out around the course. This 'added extra' on the drive days seems to be working well as a taster for the challenge events.

Wendron Challenge Event - 3rd January 2010.
A brilliant start to the new year! One of the best turnouts for a long time, with more new members joining up and having a go. Even after a hard frost, being Wendron there was still plenty of mud and water to get stuck in! It was really good to see everyone enjoying themselves and encouraging to watch competitors willing to help each other - a warm atmosphere on a very cold day!!
Hope everyone enjoyed the course and found it challenging enough!

St. Day Christmas Fun Day - December 2009.
What a fantastic day. Cold but sunny, with no rain!! Brilliant turnout, lots of existing members plus a few newbies as well. Must have been tempted by the mulled wine and mince pies. Good to see so many smiling faces. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
Separate routes were set out for standard vehicles and modified vehicles, with a 'free for all' section for those who wanted to make their own entertainment!
Also had a couple of timed events; a mini punch challenge and a blindfold driving obstacle course. The results for these are:

We also had a 'best decorated vehicle' competition, which was won by Justin with his very Christmassy vitara - a very good effort!

The course set-up seemed to go down well, as it kept the different classes separate from each other. We now realise that we didn’t have enough punches set out for Class 1 (you’re all too good!!!) but will make sure this is rectified at the next challenge event. Other than that, hopefully everybody enjoyed the layout.
A couple of interesting punches just off the paddock (Class 3), which kept Phil and newbie Chris busy. Well, it is called the ‘extreme’ class!!
Adam (Militoy) had a go at rolly polly in his Suzuki and broke his windscreen, but no injuries to him or his passenger. A few other minor dents suffered by others, but nothing too extreme as far as we know. Apologies to anyone missed.
Hope everyone enjoyed themselves and found the course entertaining without being too damaging to the vehicles.
